Our mission

Sustainable community development and human-resource capacity building.
Our registered purposes include youth education, vocational and language training, early-childhood teacher development, parent counselling, library and educational publishing programmes, after-school and kindergarten provision, clean water and health education, and the expansion of social support networks — carried out in partnership with local institutions, provincial authorities and international collaborators.

Bethany Institute
A residential gap-year institute for young adults — English-language instruction, servant-leadership formation and vocational preparation.
Dreamville Edu Town
An integrated campus bringing our schools, training programmes and community facilities onto a shared site.
Who leads it
គណៈកម្មាធិការប្រតិបត្តិThe General Assembly is our supreme body. It elects a Board of five officers, each serving a five-year term. Day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Director.
